Meet our Junior Policy Analyst, Francis Oshikoya!
Francis supports the development of evidence-based policies and initiatives that strengthen survivor support systems and improve service coordination across the province. He holds a master’s in public policy analysis and his background is in public policy and social research with a focus on data-driven analysis and program evaluation. His career has focused on using research and operational insights to inform decisions that make public services more effective and equitable.
His work at SASS is driven by the belief that thoughtful policy can help create safer communities and ensure that every survivor’s voice informs systemic change.
Outside work, he is interested in thinking about how to be better in tactical games like chess and soccer.
