Meet our Director of Operations, Ali Scott!
Ali brings a well-rounded background in human resources and leadership, with experience in the non-profit, interpersonal violence, childcare, and health sectors. She is passionate about building workplaces where people feel safe, supported, valued, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
In her role, Ali focuses on strengthening the organization’s day-to-day operations and internal systems so the team can focus on what matters most – providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to service partners and their communities.
Outside of work, Ali loves kayaking and camping, is an avid reader, enjoys crafting and board games, and never passes up a cozy evening at home with her cat and two dogs.
